Welcome to Saniso. By using our services, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please review them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding purchases, warranties and data protection.
Terms & Conditions – Saniso

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, purchases and agreements with Saniso, both through our webshop and in our physical showroom.

2. Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Saniso and to all agreements concluded between Saniso and customer.
- By placing an order through the webshop or making a purchase in the showroom, the customer declares to agree with these terms and conditions.
3. Offers and Prices
- All prices stated on the website and in the showroom are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
- Saniso reserves the right to change prices and product information.
- Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Saniso.
4. Orders and Agreements
- An agreement is established when the customer places an order and Saniso confirms this order.
- For purchases in the showroom, the receipt or invoice serves as proof of agreement.
5. Payment
- In the webshop, payment can be made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process (for example iDEAL, credit card, PayPal).
- In the showroom, payment can be made by PIN or cash, unless otherwise agreed.
- Orders are only processed and delivered after receipt of payment.
6. Shipping Details – Saniso
At Saniso we do our best to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all information about our shipping methods, delivery times and costs.
a) Delivery and Collection
- Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer or can be collected in the showroom.
- Delivery times are indicative and exceeding them does not give the right to compensation.
- The risk of damage or loss of products transfers to the customer at the moment of delivery.
b) Shipping Methods
- We ship orders with reliable partners such as PostNL / DHL / DPD.
- For larger or heavier products we use special transport or delivery via our own service.
c) Delivery Times
- Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day if in stock.
- Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days within the Netherlands.
- For Belgium and other EU countries, a delivery time of 2-5 business days applies.
- Products that are not in stock or need to be specially ordered have a longer delivery time. This is always clearly indicated with the product or during the ordering process.
d) Shipping Costs
- Within the Netherlands: from € [x.xx] per order.
- For Belgium and other EU countries: from € [x.xx] per order.
- For large/heavy products (for example bathroom furniture), separate shipping rates apply. These are shown during checkout.
e) Collection in the Showroom
- You can also collect your order for free in our showroom:

f) Shipping Confirmation & Track & Trace
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and Track & Trace code to track your package.
g) Damage or Problems on Delivery
- Check your order immediately upon receipt.
- If damage has occurred during transport or you receive an incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours via [email address]. We will provide an appropriate solution.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Webshop Orders)
- For webshop orders, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies after receipt of the product.
- Within this period, the customer can withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons.
- The product must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging.
- Exceptions: custom-made products, hygiene products and products specially ordered for the customer cannot be returned.
- Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Return Policy – Saniso
At Saniso we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not completely meet your expectations, you can return it under the following conditions:
a) Return Period
- For online orders, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies after receipt of your order.
- Within this period you can return the product without giving reasons.
- Always register your return first via [returns@saniso.nl] or via your customer account.
b) Return Conditions
- The product is unused and undamaged.
- The product is, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
- You include the invoice or packing slip in the return shipment.
c) Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
- Custom-made products or items specially ordered for you.
- Products that are sealed for hygiene reasons and the seal has been broken.
- Items that are visibly used or damaged through your own actions.
d) Return Costs
- The costs for returning are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.
- If the product is defective or delivered incorrectly, Saniso will of course cover the return costs.
e) Refund
- After receiving and checking the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
- If you paid shipping costs with your order, you will also get those back with a complete return of the order.

g) Returns (Showroom Purchases)
- For purchases in our physical showroom, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
- We do offer the possibility to exchange unused products within 7 days or receive a gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill.
9. Warranty
- Saniso delivers products with the statutory warranty as established in the Civil Code. This means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations of the customer.
- If applicable, the manufacturer's warranty also applies.
- Warranty expires in case of incorrect use, normal wear and tear or damage caused by the customer's own actions.
10. Liability
- Saniso is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
- Saniso's liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the purchase invoice.
11. Complaints Procedure
- Complaints about products or services can be submitted in writing or by email to Saniso.
- Saniso aims to handle complaints within 14 days.
- If a complaint is not resolved to satisfaction, the customer can turn to the Disputes Committee or a competent court.
12. Applicable Law
- Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions and all agreements.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Saniso is established.
